Refund policy

Any items purchased at SUNKISS can be returned within 14 days of delivery for any reason.

Just e-mail us and state the reason for the return request. If your order was damaged during shipping or has major flaws not stated on the product page, please provide photos or video evidence for our records. 

If the items are not received in their original condition, the value difference will be deducted from your return.

The buyer will bear the cost of return postage except in the case that there was an undisclosed fault.
